Planscape Inc. is a professional consulting firm established in 1991, formerly Raymond Walton & Hunter, by Margaret Walton and Rick Hunter.
For over 30 years we have been working with recreational developers, municipal government and rural/agricultural specialists to ensure successful projects. Our goal is to promote sustainable, healthy communities.
The cornerstone of Planscape's work is our specialty in land use planning for smaller urban communities, rural and recreational lands. This specialized component of our firm has been built in our backyard, working in the shoreline regions to address tourism and waterfront development issues, and in rural Ontario protecting agricultural lands and enhancing rural character.
Our staff possess the necessary education and extensive planning experience to enable us to provide quality service to clients ranging from private individual property owners to large municipalities, commercial entrepreneurs and ratepayer organizations.
